I am Traci Trainer, a certified holistic health coach, personal trainer, and full time mom on a mission to inspire and motivate as many people as possible on their wellness journey. I am here to equip you with tangible tools in the areas of self development movement and nutrition because I believe they are all 100% related to living life to the fullest and showing up everyday being the happiest and healthiest version of you possible.
I have molded a career that inspires people to make better health and food decisions through a variety of avenues – nutrition, personal and group training session, group classes, workshops and health coaching services with a personalized approach in my wellness studio. My philosophy is rooted in bio-individuality; health is an individual journey.
I use my knowledge of the body, food and self discovery to empower people to create a wellness journey on their own terms. Each body is unique and thus has a unique path to optimal health. I believe in trying to help people live better and more fulfilled lives, and that happiness starts in the body. Whether it’s in the form of food, love, or experiences, the choice of what we use to fuel ourselves with will affect who we are.
My true passion is teaching busy women and mothers to strengthen the most important relationship they have - the one with themselves. I support them with Wellness Journey tools to life's priorities while keeping their self care muscles flexed. After all, we are at our highest service to others when we are taking care of ourselves.
My goal is to revitalize the way families eat, move and live, by teaching them methods to get fit and stay fit. My mission is to start a revolution and get people fired up to take action on behalf of their health and the health of their children so I developed a Mommy’s Wellness Journey program, a 3-6 month online coaching program empowering and educating Moms to put self care first. Educating and empowering them in small steps to build their family’s wellness journey in a way that works for them. Empowering them to deepen their relationship to themselves, learning to tune into their inner knowing and to learn how to start listening to their bodies.
I believe when you do the inner work, you naturally start filling up on the foods that nourish you rather than turn to the bag of chips to numb you. Being healthy is bridging the gap between nutrition and personal growth and self development. They are linked. You can’t look at one without the other. Until you start to identify what in your life is keeping you from making healthy choices you will keep making those choices. The body knows what to eat. It’s the brain that makes the mistakes.
Being healthy is bridging the gap between nutrition, movement, and nourishing yourself from the inside out. They are all linked.
