The Wellness Journey is a boutique fitness studio that offers weekly classes in strength training, barre, yoga and bootcamps. If you’re expecting just another workout, think again. Our classes bring in all elements of fitness to offer an adrenaline-fueled workout that strengthens, lengthens and chisels your body. No workout is ever the same! Each class features an elegant yet energetic combination of movements that enhance flexibility, improve balance, and challenge the core. We take pride in our clients' sweat and guide them to jaw dropping results by doing everything we can to keep their bodies on point in the studio and beyond. PROGRAMS

These programs are virtual, which means you can participate from anywhere, but unlike many programs out there, you'll have the direct support and coaching in real time that you need from me to specifically address your body and your life. You'll get an amazing mix of exactly what to do in order to see results, plus a significant amount of coaching and support to guide YOU along the way.
